“Everyone has his own specific vocation or mission in life… Thus, everyone’s task is as unique as is his specific opportunity to implement it.”

The above quote is from Viktor Frankl.  Or, with the words of Lance Secretan:

Most Leaders fail, because they have not found an answer to the single-most important question:
What on Earth Am I Here For?
But how can we inspire and lead others if we can´t even explain the reason for our own existence in the first place?

So my question is:

What are YOU here to do? What’s your specific vocation or mission in life? We all have one. What’s yours?

Clear? Write it down! Live it!

Stuck? Write down the question: “What is my specific mission in life?” Then simply write down “My specific mission in life is to …” and let it flow. Don’t censor yourself or need it to be “right.” Just write.

A Messy Process – Inspirational Thought for the Weekend

Evolution is a messy process. So anybody who really wants to make the effort to strive for something new is going to have to be willing to make mistakes, take wrong turns, even to fail, but never give up. The simple truth is this: if not failing is more important to you than genuinely succeeding, you’re never going to make it. If you really want to succeed, you have to have the big heart, heroic will, tenacity, courage, and commitment to fearlessly engage with the evolutionary process until something profound, mysterious, and extraordinary happens that cannot be undone.
